Amanda Martin is a veteran Pilates teacher returning to Athens from New York City. Her thriving studio has made a name for itself for its warmth and sense of community. By crossing the boundaries of fitness and rehabilitation she speaks to the needs of a diverse clientele of women and men, young and old, athlete and osteoporosis sufferer. She is certified in Pilates through the Kane School of Core Integration which offers a unique approach to realignment through proper biomechanics and manual touch. Her teaching offers clients an opportunity to explore their movement habits and restore balance. Her approach to Pilates utilizes her diverse dance and fitness backgrounds to provide an educational and creative movement experience.
